Letter to my Family

Dear All of You,
Our family, not being a mafia one, comprises in general people with diverse opinions, free to think, to act, to abstain or to vote according to their understanding. Published in French on 21 June 2024
France signed on to the NPT (Non-Proliferation Treaty) in 1992, and is thereby required to negotiate with the other nuclear states the total and duly controlled elimination of their nuclear arms. ACDN News Release, February 14, 2024
